How long will it take to sharpen my knives?

We will have your knives ready for pick-up in 2 days. An extra day may be needed if you pay for delivery. Regardless, we will communicate with you to get them to you quickly.

How do I pay?

Cash, Check, or Venmo.

We will text you the Venmo QR code when your knives are sharpened.

How does the dropbox work?

Our dropbox is located 51437 Base St. New Baltimore, MI 48047. When you drop them off you will see the dropbox located on the tree in the middle of the driveway (it makes sense when you see it). This dropbox is secure and can only be accessed by a code.

For drop off: open the top lid and place your knives in the dropbox.

For pick-up: we will text you the code to open the dropbox when we send you your receipt.

How does personal pick-up and delivery work?

For new customers located in Macomb County, we can pick up your knives for you! The minimum order is $50 (see our fees). After that, it will be $39 to pick-up and deliver them. When we have your address, we pick them up from your front porch. You don’t even have to be home. Your knives can be delivered back to your porch.

How do I safely give you my knives?

The easiest thing to do is to wrap all of your knives in a kitchen towel or place them in a small box. The kitchen towel method is the best method for the dropbox (see video). For personal pick up and delivery you can just put them in a small cardboard box. You don’t have to be picky, they are dull knives. It won’t hurt them if they are all in one box together.

How do I get my knives back?

You will get each knife in an individual sleeve. Your whole set will be banded together if we are sharpening multiple knives. We encourage you to save the sleeves. Your sleeves will have your name, the date, and the sharpening degree (see examples).
