Our Sharpening System
Our water-cooled, circulating stone system gives every blade a new edge. The circulating stones gives you the precise edge recommended by the manufacturer (it will be sharper than when you bought it). The slow turning stone with water maintains your blade’s temper (it won’t grind down or overheat the metal). The stropping and polish are the finishing touch (it will look great)!
